The Strain Guard name, logo, and product designs are trademarks or patent-pending inventions of Strain Guard LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for accurate factual references (e.g., in a product review or news article).
You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
We work hard to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, cancel any order affected by the error, and refund any payments already collected. Colors, dimensions, and other product details may vary slightly from what's shown due to photography, monitor calibration, or manufacturing tolerances.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Stripe, YouTube, LinkedIn, source citations, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Follow links at your own risk.
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other content to us (e.g., product feedback, testimonials, photos), you grant Strain Guard a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your submission does not violate any third party's rights.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We don't guarantee that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, safety, or engineering advice. Strain Guard products are safety-adjacent devices; users are responsible for following all applicable electrical codes, manufacturer instructions, and safety practices.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRAIN GUARD LLC AND ITS PRINCIPALS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strain Guard LLC and its principals, members, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Calhoun County, Michigan. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Strain Guard regarding your use of the Site.
