These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of Strain Guard products from strainguard.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and shown inclusive of applicable sales tax where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. All major U.S.-issued credit and debit cards are accepted. Charges appear on your statement as "STRAIN GUARD LLC" or similar.
Units sold prior to our full production launch (currently scheduled for Q4 2026) are designated "beta units." Beta units are functionally identical to production units and are backed by the same warranty. By purchasing a beta unit, you acknowledge that minor cosmetic variations may exist and that you may be contacted for optional product feedback.
Strain Guard warrants each unit against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If your unit fails during normal use within that period, we will replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or use outside its intended application.

Strain Guard is a mechanical strain-relief device designed to reduce cable tension at shore power inlet connections. It is not a substitute for a properly functioning electrical system, proper campground wiring, a surge protector, or an electrical management system (EMS). Users are responsible for inspecting their shore power cords, plugs, and inlets regularly and for following all manufacturer guidelines and electrical codes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strain Guard LLC and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Calhoun County, Michigan.
